Default Anyone do a manual cam chain tensioner install.......

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if any of you have installed a manual cam chain tensioner on our bikes. Mine seems to intermittently make noise and was wondering the process of replacing it. I have seen them cheap on eBay just wanted to know what all is involved in the repair. Thanks.
