So thursday, i was on my way home from work, and i pulled to a stop behind a car at a light. apparently(i have no recollection, just what ive been told) some dude hit me from behind at id say about 45 mph. my right leg got caught between the bike and his car before i was thrown clear, dislocating my knee. not sure after that, was told my bike slid about 60-70 ft and i ragdolled in the air. Feels like i landed on my head, as my neck is very sore, have a pretty bad concussion,left shoulder hurts like heck, both sides of my ribs are sore, both knees jacked up. No broken bones!! anyway, im gonne call a lawyer on monday, was just wondering if anybody else has been in this situation and can offer any advice.
on another note, i had just finished my bike, put on the rear seat cowl and decals.....sucks!

any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel i should be compensated for my bike,jacket,helmet,backpack,cell phone, er bills,dr. visits which i will have coming up, PAIN, chipped teeth(4 of em), time off work, wifes time off work to care for me,etc
