That would definitely be the "norm" during hot weather... during "pleasant" conditions, mine definitely runs a little lower than that, but I run Engine Ice, and I can't really remember a reference for when I was running a standard 50/50 water and antifreeze mix.

Anyway, as long as you're in that lower range, and not in the red, you might not have anything to worry about - you still haven't mentioned the outside temperatures your getting at this time.

It's a fairly hot day today in SoCal. The bike is at the half mark when I step on it and it circulates real good.Name:  null_zps9f4ae127.jpg

With that being the case, I wouldn't worry about your coolant temps right now, as I'm figuring you're OK, but if it gets in the red, that's a different story!

Your main concern right now, though, is the oil, and that sucks!

I'm pretty sure it will hit red If I let it sit long enough
