Define 'jerky'. 1st gear is sensitive about throttle changes on any bike. Rip the throttle or slam it closed and its gonna be a bumpy ride (if it doesn't toss you for ripping the throttle wide open).
On my F3, I'm usually getting out as soon as I feel my bike can handle 2nd without worry of bogging out. Usually in the 4k range. I can short shift earlier tho

Its very Vibrating like. Also One time i went to take off I wasnt thinking and made a bone head mistake and kicked the clutch down when I was already in 1st gear. I stayed in gear but can this do any serious harm. Thanks for the reply man............................................... ....................................

Kicking down on the shift lever when already in first will probably not hurt anything.
600cc Sport bikes have a lot of power and the throttle is pretty sensitive (especially in first) learn to be smooth with the throttle. If you are experiencing jerky movement it is most likely the fault of your right hand. I would suggest learning to ride on a bike with less power.
