will radials hurt anything?

will radials hurt anything?
i currently have a bias rear and the front is a radial and believe it or not it handles better than when it had bias on front and rear. so i was thinking of getting a radial on the rear too but i keep telling myself they still make bias ply for these bikes for a reason

Radials are fine, however it is strongly recommended that you do not mix, (Radial and Bias Ply) Radials are signifigantly safer at high speeds or on cold pavement as on bias ply the entire tire flexes because the tread and sidewall share the same plies.
Radials also have a longer tread wear life.

I'm running Avon Azaro's (Same as the Storm tire, according to their engineering department.) and love them. I have about 5,000 miles on them with plenty still left in them. Have had the pegs on the ground in turns, ridden in rain, and they handle like a dream. Go radials on both is my suggestion.

Hey guys, so I also needed a new front tire for my 88' 600. I'm watching my wallet so i'm gonna get a radial for the front because thats what the mechanic has in stock right now and i REALLY need to change my front tire asap.
The rear one has great thread left but its only a 130 so i'm thinking that i might change that in a few weeks upto a 150 radial.
Hope mixing them for a few weeks doesn't hurt it too much, since its my first bike i don't want to end up splattered on the road cuz of something small like this.
