Default tank always empty

So I 've had my bike on the road for about two weeks, just got done getting the carbs syncronized and a tune up. The bike is running great, it use to back fire but not after the tune up. I don't have anything high performance on it other than my K&N filter.
It seems like i'm constantly filling up the gas. If I fill it up it lastest me two days at most. I only drive 28miles to work. What would cause that? Is my fuel pump bad?
Any help is greatly appreciated guys!

4.36 gallon tank, and I'm getting 44 miles per gallon=~191 miles per tank. That sound about right for you?

fix your reserve ****, then you can ride farther and not be worried about running out of fuel. all you need is a long bolt that will thread into the petcock valve threads. put a nut on the bolt, and tighten it against the valve to lock the bolt. you should be able to twist the bolt, and switch to the reserve.

someone should put like a hose faucet **** on their tank, i think that would be cool..
