D'Oh!

Plug wires -.-

Fired up like a champ.

Ran a little rough as it was warming up, and after a minute or two it started to rev, getting higher and higher, and then i realized i had the throttle stop all cranked up XD
After 5 or 10 minutes though, it stopped. Just flat out died.
I'm sick of being cold though, so i'm gonna try and diagnose it tomorrow.
I checked out the guide somebody posted for painting your bike though, and am doing just that. Man, the plastics are comin out pretty. I do regret, however, fixing several spots with bondo and not the plastic weld stuff. The cracks tend to just re-open.

thats cause bondo is for metal, not plastic. google Plastex, will chemically bond the plastics together.

Hell yeah PLASTEX! Emailed them on MLK Day got them that Friday. Wow quick turn over.
The standard size was enough for me and ever single one of my fairing pieces was damaged.
No need to mess with anything else.

How would I go about checking if my tach is getting input?
I mean, are there specific voltages running to it?
