Say hello to my little friend
I so wish there had been time to get pictures but ...
Putting the top end back on my '89. I'd bolted the cylinders down and put the cam back on, but was waiting for a new valve cover gasket before I put the cover back on. Threw a towel over the engine to keep dust and junk off. Cover gasket arrived, I put the bike on the lift and started tinkering. Was ready to put it back together, reach into the bike to pull the towel off and who should be staring back at me but a little brown mouse. We stared at each other for about ten seconds and then he jumped down and ran off.
It would have made the best picture. The Mouse and the Motorcycle I might have called it.
Thankfully nothing on the bike appeared chewed or destroyed so I don't have to hate him.

Have terrible mouse problems in my barn where I store my To Do bikes. They have destroyed a lot of stuff. I had my BMW Z3 parked in there last winter and found the windows down in the spring. Nothing worked. Took me a month to figure it out. Mouse had gotten in the upper dash. Chewed through the wires and pissed all over the interior control computer. Awful! Hate mice!
