Default rough running

Hi there , got a honda cbr 600 FL 1990, in the process of doing her up, got her started today and she ticks over at about 1000 too 1200 , but what i noticed is the 2 left cylinder down pipes seem to run hotter than the 2 right ones. She revs ok , but the tick over is very lumpy not at all smooth . Has new plugs fitted. any ideas people ??

Thanks Eddie

well I've stripped the carbs down and cleaned them out thoroughly, checked the float hieghts and mixtures, flushed the tank out, fresh fuel and redex. She starts ok , I balanced the carbs ( out a bit ) . Checked the compression on all the cylinders 175 psi on all of them. But the 2 left cylinders still run hotter than the 2 right ones when you touch the downpipes ??. Any ideas at all ???

does it only do that at idle? i did notice if i leave my bike on the kickstand, the left two carbs get more fuel since the bike is leaned, did not know if that would cause them to run any hotter or not.
