Anyone know how can I make a redline warning light? I ask this because I bought a new dashboard for my hurricane and the new one have one more light (side stand), because my bike don't have that sensor I want convert to a redline warning light. I try search in Google and I can't find information.

1990 Cane rebuild
First of all, great job there. I just bought me a 90 model cane to restore and while looking for inspiration I came across yours. I wondered to myself what tail you had on this bike and what modifications did you have to make (if any) in order for it to fit. Any advise you could give me would be greatly appreciated! With thanks...

PSonic, yeah I had to make a bracket in order to hold the front fender in place. All I did was buy and 2 1/2" conduit bracket and grind it down a little bit.
redhurricane, no real problems painting the engine. The heat doesn't seem to affect it at all, the only issue is that if a little gas drips on any part of the frame or engine the paint will instantly run off. Other than that it's been holding up great.
JC6711, I just bought the universal vapor "stealth" model. It was $116 on ebay. I had to buy the dashboard (which includes the lights) seperately. That was another $54.
DoinMyThang, the tail and seat are off a 2000 cbr f4. The tail fits pretty good, no trimming needed. I did have to rig up a way to support the end of it near the tail light, but a chunk of 2x4 did the trick . The underside of the seat needed to be trimmed a bit, but it fit very well into the stock location. I'll try to take some pictures sometime soon.
