I am looking for a new master cylinder since my is clogged beyond repair. (unless you have any suggestions...) Are wont do it nor pb blaster.
What years would work? Im guessing the banjo bolt is the same on all cbr's, so the fluid tank hose fitting is probably what would be different?

I will answer this question for myself. You need to take the snap ring out of the master cylinder (underneath the rubber piece) the with the reservoir tube detached and bajo bolt out, get a flat object to hit the piston down. That will break it free and it can come out the bottom. Clean it. Magic.
