Please help
I am about to throw in the towel and have my 88 hurricane crushed so I can make a coffee table out of it.
It was running fine until October of 16 then one day it would not start, I replaced the coils and the regulator rectifier, new plugs new plug wires, new wiring harness, on off switch, start button, clutch switch, starter solenoid and battery and still no spark, nothing going to the coils or coming in from the charging system when the engine is turning, what am I missing? it is driving me batty, can the kickstand switch keep it from getting spark? that is pretty much the only thing I have not replaced.

Kick stand switch can stop from running. Just jumper it to see.
When I run into these stubborn ones I get out the VOM and start checking wires.
Not sure why you replaced all those parts without troubleshooting the electrical system first. Just randomly replacing parts is not a good way to trouble shoot, because each thing you replaced could be creating another problem. It's best to try and find the issue electrically with a VOM. There are test methods for every electrical part on the bike.
If you actually replaced the entire wiring harness you need to check every connection.
