Will it work on things like my gauge cluster that is a little dry rotten/brittle?

Came up really nice mate. I wish had seen this a few months ago as I just finished my bike, I would of had a crack at it.

If it's ABS, then it should work but I'm not sure that plastic is ABS. Give it a try somewhere inconspicuous and see if it melts and behaves the same way the fairings do...

Thanks! I've been working on this bike for the last 2 or 3 years in my spare time. I guess I should have posted those about a year ago, huh?

Good tip Zombie Rhino! I tried this last night on a cracked front fairing around the turn signal and it worked awesome! The melting is slower than I though it would be, which I preferred because then I could take my time. Now the part that was almost completely broken off is as good as new! (although it needs some body work and paint, but it's strong)
