Default My streetfighter

Well I just finished my streetfighter and there was only little setback. Because the intake holes were not covered any more they keep causing my bike to bogg down at higher speeds. Of course it took me about a week to figure this out but hey...it's fixed now.

Some things about the Vapor system. First off, they don't make a temp sensor to fit the Hurricane radiator tubing...yet. They told me they'll have one out in a couple weeks. Secondly, the tachometer is a little bit touchy. If you're giving it gas everything's gravy (as ras might say) but at steady throttle the tach jumps around a bit. Not a big deal...but kinda annoying. Other than that, it's exactly what I want for a price you can't beat.

Hey diechrome & everyone else.

I'm looking at purchasing one of these fine machines. It's currently set up as a "semi" street fighter with an '04 tail fairing and custom sub-frame. But the intake holes in the frame are open because the lower fairing has been removed.

Does this really cause the bike to bog down at higher speeds? how did you fix the problem, retune?

Here's a pic of her, Hopefully I'll have the cash together by the end of the week, then I'll make my second post in the New Members Forum.

Thanks,
