Hey Dave

You did a nice job there on the fairing. I'm pretty jealous of your bike - looks in better nick overall than mine lol.

The paint work on the fairings is passable but I'm gonna change it to white I think, that or maybe a dark metallic grey. I've been toying with the idea of doing mine like tahoeriders as I've already got red wheels. Originally mine was the benetton colours with the horrible green seat and the rubber parts of the wing mirrors are white. As you can tell I've not made up my mind yet!

Thumbs up

Wow! Looks awesome Dave! Well done. You've done a great job on the old girl. Hope she sails through the MOT for you. Is this one a Keeper or are you gonna sell her on? I'm hoping to synch my carbs at some point soon and I've just started sorting out all the stress cracks on the upper fairing. How about doing another walk round vid to show her off? Then finish it off by taking her for a spin! You could start Vlogging on youtube!

Cheers mate
I'm keeping her, i've grown to love the oldie and it should fit my needs perfect so will see her she rides once the mot is done.

On about videos and Vlogging i was looking at getting one of these small hd cams to put in my helmet or on the bike some were.
For such a small cam they seem to have good quality vids.

I think I have said it before but that has to be one of the nicest originals I have seen on this forum.
I agree that the exaust could use some paint, just make sure you bake it after painting or it will peel... when I painted mine I did gloss on the muffler and flat on the header since you can get flat in a higher temp rating.
