oh, did you get new sprockets at the same time? if not you might really regret it... old sprockets with some wear will eat a new chain rather quickly

My chain wasn't THAT worn, as much as it was just stretched bad. The sprockets aren't too beat up, so I just went for a new chain.

I'll get a video tonight for you guys.

when it stretches the distance between the pins is farther and that wears the inside of the teeth longer. so when you put a new chain on it wears in to where the old one was to match the teeth. not trying to be a pain, just that I have seen it happen on my bike...
