'87 600F that most likely needs a coil. Looking at ebay, my 600F coils look just like all the other later coils and I only looked through 1995! What other years or models do our coils crossreference to?

Need to know as there are lots of coils for the F2 and above models. Am I stuck with a 600F specific?

I believe they are the same part all the way through the F3.. the pictures look identical and there are a couple Ebay sellers marketing them that way. As long as they connect the same way, which it appears they do, I think you'll be fine using an F2/F3 coil.
