Is there anywhere you can buy the the little set of points that on the back of the fuel pump mine are getting worn pretty good and I have to clean them fairly regular to keep the pump working .I would think that would have to be cheaper than replacing the whole pump.Pump works great when there cleaned

 

I used a set of contacts from an old VFR 750 fuel pump. Pump plumbing is different but the electrical parts are the same. What year is your CBR? 1998, 1989, 1988?

 

Sorry its an 89 with 51000 miles I guess I can't type .thanks for the idea on the vfr tip any particular year vfr

 

the next time u clean them apply elecrical contact grease to them. keep them from corroding.
