I have a buddy who just picked up a '88 Hurricane that is in need of some TLC. We have determined that the fuel pump needs replacing, but as far as any shops can tell us, there is no longer an OEM part for the fuel pump available. Could someone direct me to a site that we can get a fuel pump from?

You could easily substitute a fuel pump from another CBR, just make sure that model uses the 3/8" fuel line like your 'Cane. I know the 900RR and 600F3 use that size hose so either of those pumps would work.

You should also be able to find one on ebay or you could try the old cycle barn (i think thats the right name) who are in the US
