i was wondering if anyone has any experiance i nmaking themselves fairings. i dont have a rear one and they are hard to find so i was thinking of making myself one if it was possible and not too hard. i also have a couple of fairings that need some repair and was wondering on how to go about that thanks.

 

rear side fairings? denniskirk has them, so does airtech. no idea on quality, kinda wondering myself as I need some parts

 

I think he may have the rear piece above the tail light. I know airtech has that one. It should not be too hard to repair the fairings with plastic weld or plastex, but I don't know about fabbing them yourself unless you have some experience laying glass, and at that, you would need a mold.

 

If i was to repair plastic I have an airless plastic welding kit I bought from the Matco tool guy. This thing is great for reattaching and even making tabs. Especially if you have two of the same fairing and are trying to make one good one.
