Ended up being a carb issue. Now I got another problem, put on new brake pads and the rear brake is locked up. Cant figure it out.

did you clean and lube the caliper slider pins? make sure the caliper isn't binding.
might tryworking the brake without it over the disc. exptend the pistons out, and re seat with a C-clamp a few times to work everything loose. also, make sure the brakes are bled very thoroughly. any air trapped in the system will cause the pads not to release all the way.

I didnt clean the pins but they looked good. I will take them out and clean and lube them tho. I bled,the break like 5 times to make sure its was right.
