F1 Hurricane Pic thread?
oddly enough i have never had any issues with the mirrors! those ones were 10 bucks off ebay, and work amazing. you need to glance down to see them slightly but i love the riding style of this bike. By no means to i classify this as a crotch rocket, the high handle bars and upright style i find more suited to touring.. i love it! i have done several 5 hr rides with a 75Litre backpack strapped to my back with full camping gear, and never had any comfort issues either.
i have several parts on order, as well as new rizoma style mirrors which i will place in the same spot (broke one via over tightening) rear tail light & new signals all around.
my only issue with the bike has been the CCT noise (soon to be corrected) since i pulled it from the junk yard i have done NO engine work. Also the lack of a front fender makes for a bit of rooster tail in the rain
awkward for riding haha.

A few shots:
My friend just purchased this 1988 CBR600. I'm helping him fix it and get it sorted. 38,000kms on the odo.
Needs some work but still runs well and turns heads. Has a pretty loud but nice sounding Hindle on it.

My '97 VFR750 next to my friends 'cane.

Us two again with my old 1986 VF500 that I restored. Has a modified CBR F2 rear wheel and shock. Our other friend owns the VF now.
