yea, I saw that "pit posse" tool on ebay. I wonder what the quality is with it. Seems like an unusually low price.

 

It's the same one sold by Motion Pro ($80). I used it to put a 525 chain on about a month ago. It's not shop quality, and it even states that it's for light to medium use, but it does do what it's supposed to.

 

cool. installed the chain/sprokets myself so i guess ill cruise over and have them swap it out (i like my legs LoL) they removed a link in the old chain and put endless style link in that one for 7bucks i think... Hmm 7 bucks v my left leg.. good thread, maybe a write up on the dangers would make a good sticky?
