that means its flodding like a bitch lol, It could be a few different things, could be a stuck float, or float height way too low, worn needle and seat, cylinder not firing, but anyways, forst thing i would do is pull out your plugs and check their condition, see if theyre all fouled with fuel or just 1, then when you pull your carbs youll know which ones to pay special attention to. But I think you should just pull your carbs, give them a good cleaning, and check your needles and seats for wear as well as set the float height up. Youll be impressed with the difference. Dont forget to set your pilot screws to 2 - 2.5 turns out.
