Question Carb cleaning Q: need to lube slides on reinstallation?

hey guys

I'm cleaning my carbs and wondered: do I need to use some kind of lube on the slides when I reinstall them? and if so what should I use?

silicone grease?

Thanks alot guys, with your advice they're coming along nicely

Notta. They should slide well with nothing on them. If one is really sticky, make sure the surfaces are clean. Never had a problem with any carbs I've had - and I've seen some nasty ones.
