brake pads fit
all the brake pads i have seen around me (brembo ebc carbon loraine )are smaller then they should be (on radial size), so rotors are machined only in the oustide of the lane. Im looking for the right pads what are your experience about them ?
I have carbone lorraine pads on my bike right now, and they are the same size as the old pads I took off that came with the bike. In both cases the pads are worn evenly across the entire face of the rotor up to the edges of the drill holes on the inside.
All the pads made to fit this bike should be the same size, so maybe you have something else going on? Hard to say without more info, but is there anything modified on the front end of the bike or something?

i suppose everything is stock coz i have two different front ends with same problem i suppose here in italy parts shops dont have anymore f1 pads and they use something similar from cb or so. TahoeRider can you confirm to me your pads are larger than 22mm on ferodo size (radial) ? if yes do you still have package of carbon loraine pads to get parts number? carbon loraine xb simply rocks... how s going with azaros ?

I looked at my bike after writing that last post, and my rotors are worn in the same pattern as yours. That's normal wear for the front brakes I'm sure because if the pads extended further they would stick out too far past the caliper.
I bought my pads from Ebay from this seller: HONDA CBR 600 F/Huricane 87-90 Carbone Lorraine Motorycle Front SS Brake Pads | eBay
