I recently picked up an 87 Hurricane, it was originally white and red, but I had none of the fairings, so I painted the bottom of the tank flat black. I have some time tomorrow, and was thinking of painting my frame and swingarm flat black. Just wondering of your guys' opinions.

Also, what are some recommendations of tire Brand/Model? I need to get new tires soon, and was wondering if anyone has suggestions on good street tires.

 

Nice job that flat black looks tight good job on the line separating the red from black it looks pretty straight from what I can see. Are you planning on painting the frame and swing arm with everything intact?

 

Thanks. Although I scratched it yesterday, so I gotta paint it again. I am planning on pulling it mostly apart and working on the wiring harness while I'm at it. Haven't decided whether I'm gonna pull the engine or not, yet.
