it was about $150 to get both rims blasted and powdercoated.
you have to remove bearings and seals, so you might add that in to the cost.

Wow congrats on your build.You brought back alot of memories of my 86 zx6 build.Which happened to be my first bike.

yo I'm speechless! you did some serious work on that bike and it came out sweet as hell. I can't believe its that warm in the springs right now. One of my buddies from school lives up there.

i just got one and it needs some work. under the tank were the wire harness is the three plugs on the right side are missing what plugs into them i need to know what i need to get

it might be time to replace that rear shock. Me + my gf = about 360lb and I'm never hitting the license plate.
