Check your clutch cable tension, it could be too loose. While your at it,also check your caps lock button, it seems to be stuck on....

mY cAPS lOCK sTICKS sOMETIMES. Anyway, what kind of oil did you use when you changed it? Sounds like the plates are sticking together. Try starting it with the bike already in first with the clutch pulled in. OR not, if it is really bad. Or put it in gear with the engine off and rock it back and forth. Also check the clutch release cable to make sure it is working correctly.

If i start the bike in first gear with the clutch pulled in the back wheel just spins the cable is adusted to the handbook and the oil is 10-40 sinthetic
The only way i can release it is to put it into a high gear to start it then it is ok.

You are talking about the wheel spinning when you start it with the back tire off the ground? It will spin, with no resistance on the tire. When the tire is on the ground, it should just clunk and not continue to try to pull.

Actually, after thinking about it awhile, I think your clutches may be welding together. You need to pull them out and check them, even if they are new.
