Welcome to the CBR Forum Jose,
Bugger about the starting. All the leads are connected correctly for the CDi? I think you can download a manual from the site - some other 600 owner may be able to point you in the right direction.
If it were mine, I'd go through the electrical connections with a fine toothed comb. Clean them all up starting with the starter button, kill switch and ignition - then look deeper if that doesn't work. Stator, CDi again etc.
Cheers, SB

Try there for some basics.
Check your battery connections, the fuse on the relay, and the relay.

i took the spark plugs out today and they have gas on them so maybe flooded? i have no idea how to un flood the carbs my friend said to turn the fuel off and just hit the start button but the bike doesnt turn over so..... i bought new plugs today but dont want to put them on now if their just ganna get ruin.... thank for all your input (im a nooby to bikes )

Your friend was right to tell you to turn off the petcock. You may have stuck float needles if you have excess fuel pooling in the engine. This will cause hydrolock. Do the lights etc turn on when you turn the key on? Check the main fuse. You can also try jumping the starter relay to see if it will turn over then.

the lights due turn on but the headlight doesnt unless i hit the high beam not sure if thats normal? how do i get the gas outta there last thing i wanna do is hydrolock it i was reading not here but somewhere else you can also just let it sit (gas) and it will go away? not sure if thats true

Could be a burnt out low beam, or a wiring issue about the headlight... as for getting the fuel out - you can remove all the plugs and either let it evaporate on its own, or hasten the process by using a flexible tube and blowing compressed air into the cylinders.
Before cranking the bike, you may want to change the oil out. Fuel may have washed down the cylinder walls and diluted your oil.
