Can anyone tell me if anyone has or put out a highmount exhaust for the xx or could I get an older cbr's,to fit? If anyone could help that would be great my friend is coming back on leave and i wanted to do something nice for him a thank you

 

I saw a highmount on a Blackbird not too long ago (image result on Google). I don't know if it was custom or anything but do some image Googling and you might find out more.

 

Strickly custom from what I know; however, some do mount a bit higher than others. Check out the pics on cbrxx or cbr1100xx to get an idea of what the various after market pipes look like mounted - here is a pic of what D&Ds look like on mine, which is for sale:
