Such a problem, it is bad to start up on a cold , with open suction, it is necessary either to turn for a few seconds o, it also starts up on a hot one after the crankshaft rotates three times.

Hi,I last regulated 2017 ~~90000,the moment shows 92316,2018 carburetor cleaning.

Power on - 12.24VDC

Starter start -11,5VDC ,turns low, slowly rising

 

When its running what is the charge into the battery at 5000 rpm
