my 03 blackbird while sitting in garage decided to not start , I have no error codes, grounds and fuses are good fuel pump relay is good , but the fuel pump does not run and the fuel gauge does its start up light trace up and down the scale,then settles on empty, but does not turn red, it stays black flashing , tank is full. This started when when my battery dropped dead, while on a float charger, I thought charger was bad, so I swapped it out with another one , and battery was dead, this after starting it 4 days earlier, after replacing battery these two problems showed up. Help!

 

Have you looked inside the kill switch for dirt, have you tried bridging the fuel level sensor to see if the level goes to full, are you getting 12v at the fuel pump, sorry there's a few things here, but got to start somewhere, but before doing all that take your battery off give it a full charge and see if it resets
