We're adaptable creatures over time. Give yourself enough time and look at it often. But this is a waste of time if there is already a bike out there that looks more to your liking. If you are set on the Honda otherwise, give it time. I have an 06 and thought it was better looking for a while. Now I like the 08+ styling as much. I also like the stock look of the exhaust but I haven't the slightest interest in the same sex.

Im not a huge fan of the 08+ models either I think the front is too alien/futuristic looking and not as aggressive as they used to be. I love the 05-07's they just look bad@ss and mean.

With that said, I agree not many people like bone stock looking motorcycles and aftermarket parts can make almost anything look good. I saw this 1k in a different thread and think it looks real good. IMO 1000s converted to track duty with race fairings look 1000 times better just like that repsol.

Sounds like to me you have never ridden one. Your whole thought process would change.

+1 on the last post...I havent rode one yet either. but every thing I have read has been great, The style had to grow on me a bit , but I like it now. I was looking at geting one but we had a second child instead.......But I had it all picked out, with TAYLOR made exhaust and a PC. The mid range is suposed to be a real rush, One test rider talked of doing 0-top speed tests with it and several other new liter bikes... it finished 3rd, but they were all vary close to one another. But the best part was that on return trips to the starting line the rider said the bike had enough grunt in the mid range to do all throttle power wheelies at 115mph!!!!!!! I found that a little impressive......

This is My 600F2 -> CBR600EvoII I work 4 months on this Bike and have a good result on the finish!I prepare for the race track and we have a one race and take a second place !!
Now I got the CBR1000RR '09 ........... and I will prepare him for next season!
I like new 1000RR Blade is great bike, have perfect behavior on the track, very calm and balanced, unique comfortable, there are many good weight distribution to front and rear axle brakes pretty good, unlike most competitors in this class</SPAN>- for Me this Bike look perfect, with stock or race fairing - every time is beautiful!
