Default Vortex or Woodcraft ?

I need some sliders and I was just curious on which one is more likely to save plastic in a low speed/no speed drop ? Are the Vortex sliders a little longer than the Woodcraft ? I am leaning towards woodcraft because they look so good, but concerned about how the red aluminium will match the red on the repsol plastic............ Anyone have feedback on Woodcraft ?

they will not save your plastics. None of them will. that's why they call them "Framesavers"

I have the LP no cut sliders and they work great (tested by me; felt at the track 3 times from 9am to 12pm with nothing bronken) Just install them thinking of saving the frame, the massive Radiator and your peg brakets.[&:]

let me re-word my question then. Is one longer than the other ? If I were to lay the bike on its side in the garage which one will keep the most plastic from contacting the concrete. My main purpose for the sliders is the frame, and the electronics mounted to it. I got that part. I`m not that new..... (give me a little credit here,man.....) does one have the perk of more plastic savings over the other ?

You do get differing lengths depending on manufacturer I don`t know which is best, but consider this the longer they are the more angle they put the bike on when its laid down, so the back end is more likly to take a beating with longer sliders.

Shogun no-cut is another alternative, They sit on a bracket, but there really is no answer its just your choice for the better of 2 evils.
