the speedo is off stock. there really isnt a reason to go 186 unless you are drag racing, and in that case u shoulda bought the zx14r... .02

Did you search for a TRE???? I know they make them for Busas and GSXR 1000 etc, I dont know if they make them for the RR, but its something to look into.
