i just got a 2008 honda cbr that needs to be fixed up and my question is is this sound normal ? please see video

im guessing your talking about the high rpm cold start that planeed out afer a few seconds as does any bike, only other sound was that gorgeous humm coming from that shorty exhaust, all in all the bike sounded fine

unless its a cam chain tensioner that is starting to faintly rattle. really common in hondas

There's several sounds coming out if that bike. Which one are you asking about? Nothing sounds terrible. But it does sound like it needs a tuneup.

the little(very little) hiccups at the first few seconds are probably from a lack of tune w/ the pipe. sounds 100% fine to me tho...
