I took an opportunity to play around with the rev limiter, learning the bike. I noticed that when it hits the limiter its almost like applying brake as it's reducing the rpm for me and then a few seconds later it gets another rush of power as it goes back into the red zone. Is this normal?

My F4i would just cut ignition and stay on/off the limiter in rapid succession making a very unique sound.
