the theory is they last forever , but thats in lab conditions i bet and not getting the odd splash of water and road grime and stuff ............i have had other led indicators and some of led's have gone out so i guess its a question of the quality of the product also.......

Are Protons worth the price?? The Hot Bodies are about half the price.
Anyone tried both??

 

i have heard the hotbodies arent as good a fit off peeps on here , also that the after service if you have a problem is poor as well as long delivery times ........ but thats only what ive heard and if you prefer them then go for them my friend ........

 

Question, I got the proton flush mounts for my 06 1K. When I took out the OEM there was a rubber plug that the protons fit into. My problems are two fold, first....how do you secure them onto the rubber mount when the shaft from the proton light does not reach all the way through so you can put the nut and washer around it. Second question......Honda has a green, lite blue and lite blue white stripe, do you remember how they correspond to the standard Red, Black wires? Thanks for your help.
