Yeah I just don't understand how everyone is making exhaust's that look worse then the stock one, i'v seen two so far that I like as much as the stock one. I think i may end up with the Jarden one the black carbon looks great with the LE black.

I'll give it some love man I like it... you definitely need something to cover the midpipe but that's not really a huge deal ... matching the subtle copper colors of the wheels with the pipe is damn nice... get some copper collored engine screws that would be secksi!

 

I plan on buying the '08 1Krr next month. As for aftermarket exhaust, I'm waiting on Taylormade to come out with their exhaust system. It will be similar to their exhaust for the 07/08 GSX-R 1K. Real clean and totally blends in with the lines of the bike. There's a conceptual sketch of an '08 1Krr on the Taylormadewebsite with their exhaust system.

that taylormade might be something ot look for. i am far from done guys. i have a set of gold Pazzo shortys that will be here next week. I have a Puig D.B. dark smoke on order. I have the rear seat cowl (solo seat) on backorder from Honda. still gonna do alot. be patient and gimme time. all suggestions will be considered. will have blue Kevlar lines as soon as they are available as well.

 

oh and the fender eliminator i will have on as soon as i can get over to the other coast and have it installed.

 

I wouldn't worry about that gap too much, I am sure that it is only a matterof time until someone starts making a trim piece to clean that up a bit, Jardine's pipe is supposed to come with one I believe as well.

 

Scorpion in the UK also has some really nice 08 CBR 1000 exhaust. Much better looking than the 2-bros
