Yea so, anyway I have been reading everywhere that the new Honda looks like the Gixxer, in fact I do not concur with it, it just copied Suzuki in the muffler, that's barely it. The front seems like they just cut it and leave it unfinished, the *** seems they reduced the length of the *** by a lot, it's got this liposuction also. The technology is nice, the latest, just like batmans gadgets. The headlights look like they are a copy of batmans batbike; so I cam up with this conclusion... its not a gixxer but batmans batbike....

Just my opinion, but the mirrors and side plastic also follow the gixxer lines.

 

I think it looks a little like Yamaha from the tank back. Especially the seat and tail.

The look is really starting to grow on me... for now, I still like the looks of the 06 & 07 better.

 

I didn't mean to imply I didn't like it... I need to see it in person. I do like that they are taking parts from other bikes I like.

I dont think the comparisons to the gixxer or any bike are fair.. the exhaust doesnt look anything like the gixxer's, and if the bike looks like anything its the RC212V and the ROBERTS GP bike. I, like anyone else like comparisons, just like when HONDA had that single sided swingarm.. you dont hear of anyone comparing the 996,998, or 1098 DUC to the HONDA... I guess i keep reading in the forums and all the people making comparisons.. its the 08 cbr1000. not a gixxer rip off, or anything else.... I do believe that when the factories find something that works they kinda immitate the competitors...just my 2 cents...[sm=proof.gif]
