Default Suzuki Tach on F2

Anyone put a GSXR or Katana tach on a F2? I did years ago but I cant remember how I wired it to the bike. I made a custom dash with only tach/temp/oil light. I think I ran a wire to one of the coils, then tried one wire to each coil or 2 seperate wires, one to each coil. One way it read to high, and the other way worked but I cant remember which way is which. Bike is track only. Thanks.

No one? Any one? What about an aftermarket tach or a non Honda tach? Where did you run the wires to get it to work properly?

Most people that are running aftermarket are using something like the trailtech vapors. I would assume they are following the instructions for those devices. http://gallery.trailtech.net/media/i...010-ELV-07.pdf

As far as the other bike's tachs, you probably need to figure out what signal those gauges are looking for, and duplicate it on yours.
