Default my bike got overheat

greetings,
ive just purchased my 2007 fireblade 1000c.c yesterday.
its a second hand bike in a great shape and condition it got low millage only 15000 km.
iam working in oman (the gulf) and now its summer time here and the average temperature degree in celsius is 44
that means around 115Fahrenheit.
the problem iam facing is that when i turn my bike on the temperature goes up to 35c while iam on the high way the temp is good its about 80 85C
the problem is that when iam in a traffice jam or on sideways and my bike is on the temp goes up to 100C 109C which frankly freaks me out
so is that normal degree?
and about the fan when will it kicks on?

oh 10xs
well i went to honda showromm yday and did a service for it changed the oil and they checked the radiator the cap of the water bottle wasnt 100% closed so it was losing water.
so they put water for it and closed it tightly now the temperature is much better max its getting up to 100 in trafics.
but what is the danger temp?
135C?
10xs any way

bike will flash temp and red dumby light will light up when it gets danger close...

when it gets really too high the bike will shut down as a safety to protect the engine and wont restart til the temp goes back down below safe range

Cooling systems are pressurized so you need to keep the cap tight or it will lose pressure or even overflow..So keep your lid tight and keep your fluid level to specifications.
