MAGNETIC DRAIN PLUG
I use one for my car. (Haven't got it for the bike yet.). Works pretty good. I've collected a couple of bits, but nothing like those pictures you see them advertised with.
Yeah, those pictures have to be from seriously abused engines. If you have that much metal floating around in your engine oil between changes, somethings wrong. LOL.
when i changed my initial oil out at 25 miles i put in a magnetic plug
when i changed it again at 600 it had a few pieces of dust stuck to it
when i changed again at 1000 to amsoil again a little metal dust but not as bad

We believe that every motorcycle should use a magnetic drain plug. We started out when we realized the Honda Rebel does not have an oil filter and our business has grown from there. Every oil change pulls something out, but the first after installing removes the most! We have seen some amazing photo's from customers!
