Default Just purchased PCIII and filter

I have an 06 1000rr with a Jardine race baffle Rt1 I've noticed more engine noise and vibration, since the install. Also getting alot of deceleration popping. I've read multiple posts saying that the PCIII and filter will clean this up. I've just picked up a PCIII and K&N filters. I can't wait to see how much improvement to the over all preformance they will bring to the bike. I guess my question is, how much of an improvement should I see.

It will basically smooth things out. You might notice that the bike also shifts smoother, but don't expect a big change in power. You should notice a difference though

the popping is from the PAIR valves injecting fresh air into the exhaust pipe
the pc3 will lean it out a little so there is less unburned fuel but you should also block off the PAIRS to totally stop it

exactly what baxom said. do the pair mod, the flapper mod, and toss those K&N's in the trask and get some bmc filters.****, your better off removing the metal outer screens from the stock filters and using them instead of the K&N's.
