It's on page 35 of your owners manual.
1. Turn the ignition switch ON
2. Press and hold both the SEL button (1) and RESET button (2) for more than 2 seconds.
3. Press the SEL button 3 times then press the RESET buttone once.
4. Turn off the ignition switch.
