Default HID conversion

does anyone know how to do this or where to buy a pair? i saw one on a gsxr1000 the other day and i just love the way it flashed to life! r1s and gsxrs have projectors, and zx10rs have those funky looking bumble bee headlights. the fireblades a little behind. just want to give it a push thanks!

Ya, I know where ya can get the HID -- True HID Conversion. The 1000RR takes an H7 bulb so just choose what temp ya want and pick H7 as the bulb. Of course they cost like $485 a set. I just installed a set of Xenon bulbs from Smart Area for $12 + $6 shipping. They put out a lot more light than the stock ones and are extremely white ... almost a bluish tint. I had a true HID system on my last bike and it was truly the shiz-nit as far as lights go but I think I'll pass until the price comes down a bit.

you can find HID conversion kits for motorcycles at this site , supposed to be a pretty direct install , all you have to do if find a place to hide the ballast that comes with the kit. pretty sweet though, these come in 4 different color temps. from white , blue, deep blue, or purple. no bad pricing either.
