Has anyine done this mod on the 1000rr?

you have to buy aftermarket rearsets. its not possible using stock parts.

I got a set of Sato's from L8X -- expensive but damn well worth it. Hell it'll save me money in the long run because now I don't scrape my boots exiting turns and shifting. Look on e-bay -- I think there are decent rearsets starting around $300 new.
