Hey guys,

Wanted to get a little insight here. A local dealer here has an 04 cbr 1000rr thats been on the showroom all winter (i'm in IL). I talked to a salesman yesterday about it and he said he could let it go for $6500 otd. Its all black with 10k miles, jardine exhaust (not sure if its full or slip on), smoked windscreen, ohlins damper IIRC (could have been something else), and new tires. Overall condition of the bike seems to be great, and from what I could tell after a pretty detailed look, its never been down. Does this price sound fair, or should I try to get them down a bit more?

you should ALWAYS try to get the price down more, lol, but seriously that does sound like a fair price

 

The actual asking price is $7600, but my fiance works at the place....so we get her discount. I'm going to go look at it one more time, and hopefully bring it home tomorrow.
