If you own full leathers...

do you weare them every ride?
if not uder what circumstances do you put it all on?

I just got my one peice suit, gloves and boots for 450$ shipped.
went for a 10 mile ride around town and a bit on the highway, and noticed it is going to take a while to get used to the uncomfort.

any advice?

 

Yes, I wear them all the time now. 2 piece Joe Rocket Blaster. Also, wear Sidi's, Racer Gloves, Shoei RF-1000. Can get pretty hot in the Summer. But, I prefer this protection over not wearing it at all.

 

I wear it all but the pants around town (under 50mph in stop n go traffic) I wear full gear anytime I head off anywhere tho.

 

+1 on Playful, when around town draggin jeans, leather (from a 2 piece) jacket, boots... and leather pants when going to great ocean road

I only wear FULL when I hit the twisties. But if not then I always got safety gear on.

 

i wear a two peice when riding on the weekends. for work i wear my tecknic leather jacket, gloves, boots and lid. if it is stiff try using some mink oil, it helps to soften the leather and also help wick water off leather if ya get stuck in a quick down pour.

 

I wear my 1 piece suits on everyride. I only ride for recreation usally. Too many crazy drivers out there to risk to much blood and skin. I value my hide alot. No leathers if I take a girl for a scenic ride of course. I have alot of suits so I have to feel like i'm getting my money's worth by wearing them. Any safety gear on a ride gets my thumbs up.. Cause You Never Know..
